DFEWisdomTree Europe SmallCap Dividend Fund
DFE Fund Description
The WisdomTree Europe SmallCap Dividend Fund tracks a dividend-weighted index of small-cap European companies that pay dividends.
DFE Factset Analytics Insight
DFE holds the smallest European dividend-paying companies and weights them by the amount of dividends paid over the past calendar year. Moderate country and sector tilts abound. Notably, the fund dives much further into small- and micro-caps than our benchmark. Nevertheless, the fund accomplishes its dividend mandate as evidenced by a solid dividend yield. At the retail level, DFE trades well with reasonable spreads, though underlying liquidity can be an issue and there is a moderate creation fee. The expense ratio is a bit steep, and tracking can lag significantly.
