DGROiShares Core Dividend Growth ETF
DGRO Fund Description
The iShares Core Dividend Growth ETF tracks an index of US stocks that are selected by dividends, dividend growth and payout ratio, then weighted by dividend dollars.
DGRO Factset Analytics Insight
DGRO charges a low fee and offers a straightforward execution of a dividend growth strategy. The fund aims to find stocks that pay steadily increasing dividends by requiring a 5-year track record of increasing dividends while ensuring that the firms pay out no more than 75% of earnings. Both factors in tandem aim for sustainable growth. While mild sector bets abound, overall the fund looks pretty marketlike. DGRO's Tradability is excellent, with small spreads and plentiful daily volume, and underlying liquidity is strong enough that even multiple creations/redemptions shouldn't move underlying prices. The US total market space is an active battleground in the fee wars, and DGRO is ready to fight with its low fee and tight tracking.
