IEURiShares Core MSCI Europe ETF
IEUR Fund Description
The iShares Core MSCI Europe ETF tracks a market-cap-weighted index of developed European securities.
IEUR Factset Analytics Insight
IEUR provides excellent, marketlike exposure to developed Europe. The fund tracks a big, broad MSCI index that happens to also be our benchmark for the segment, contributing to a near-perfect Fit score. UK firms represent a large share of the portfolio, comprising almost a third of its holdings, while France, Germany, and Switzerland are also strongly represented. In all, IEUR's basket provides well-diversified, representative coverage of European stocks across the market cap spectrum. Trading is strong, though modest spreads still make limit orders advisable. Those looking to trade in bulk should find ample underlying liquidity. With a low fee for its segment, IEUR delivers solid exposure to Europe in a low-cost wrapper, though tracking could be a little tighter.
