UST Insight

UST offers a commonly traded and reasonably priced vehicle for 2x levered exposure to daily returns from US Treasurys with 7 to 10 year years left to maturity. The daily reset feature meansFund assets are strong, and better yet, liquidity is too investors shouldn’t expect the leverage factor to remain consistent for more than a single day. The effects of compounding will change the 2x leverage the fund delivers beyond a 1-day period. Investors should keep in mind that the leverage also results in high interest rate risk. Fund assets are strong, and better yet, liquidity is too. See our latest volume and spreads data on this page.
