4 Banks Fined for Sale of Nontradtional ETFs
Four banks ( Citigroup Inc., C -2.32% Morgan Stanley, MS -2.52% UBS AG UBS +1.42% and Wells Fargo WFC -1.59% & Co.have been fined more than $7.3 million dollars and have had to pay $1.8 million in restitution to customers by the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) for the alleged sale of leveraged and inverse Exchange-traded funds (ETFs) in 2008 and 2009.

Vanguard Reduces Fees for 13 ETFs
Vanguard has reduced fees on thirteen ETFs, including the Total Stock Market Index, the Vanguard S&P 500 Index. Vanguard cites the increasing AUM in the ETFs making the lower fees possible. Vanguard is currently the 3rd largest ETF provider in the U.S. For the original article click here.
