In a week of continued optimism about progress on European debt crisis solutions, the S & P 500 had its longest weekly rally since February. The S&P 500 closed at 1,238, up nearly 2% for the day, the highest close since August 3rd. The DOW rose 267 points to close at 11,808 up 2.31% for the day.
