He has over 26 years' investment industry experience focused on ETFs. Atkinson was previously responsible for the overall success of the ETP business at Barclays Global Investors Canada. He is the author of the first book on ETFs, "The New Investment Frontier" (2001), which has since gone through three editions.

Barrett Ayers is the chief solutions officer at Adhesion Wealth, serving as the firm's managing director of Overlay Portfolio Management. In this role, he oversees Adhesion's $3 billion in discretionary unified managed account assets, as well as all model-based overlay portfolio decisions, trading and transition efforts. As CSO, Ayers also oversees product management and relationship consulting. He has been with Adhesion for 10 years and has a total of 20 years' experience in the investment industry.

Blitzer previously served as chief economist for Standard & Poor's and as corporate economist at the McGraw-Hill companies. A graduate of Cornell University, he received his M.A. in economics from George Washington University and his Ph.D. in economics from Columbia University.

In 2001, Chisholm joined the international team, and in 2007, she moved to Fidelity's mega-cap research team, using a multidisciplined stock-picking approach that integrates quantitative, fundamental and technical disciplines. Chisholm earned a B.A. from Boston University.

Dennis Gartman has been directly involved in capital markets since August 1974, after his graduate work at North Carolina state University. In the late 1970s, he became the chief financial futures analyst for A.G. Becker & Company in Chicago. Gartman was an independent member of the Chicago Board of trade until 1984. In that year, he moved to Virginia to run the futures brokerage operation for Sovran Bank, and in 1987, began producing the Gartman Letter on a full-time basis.

Larry Swedroe is a principal and director of research for Buckingham, an independent member of the BAM ALLIANCE. Previously, he was vice chairman of prudential Home Mortgage. Swedroe is the author of "The only Guide to a Winning Investment Strategy You'll Ever Need." His most recent book, "Think, Act, and Invest Like Warren Buffett," was released in early 2013. Swedroe holds an MBA in finance and investment from NYU, and a B.S. in finance from Baruch College.

Kathryn Sweeney works on the US Exchange Traded Funds trading desk. She joined Goldman Sachs in 1999 and moved to London, where she worked on the European ETF trading desk. In 2001, Sweeney returned to New York, where she traded international ETFs. She was named managing director in 2008. Sweeney earned a B.A. in finance from Boston College in 1999.

Shundrawn Thomas serves as managing director and head of the ETFs group at Northern Trust. In this capacity, he is chiefly responsible for developing long-term strategy, executing operating plans, working with regulatory agencies and managing vendor relationships. Thomas is also responsible for managing financial, operational and reputational risk across the business. He graduated from Florida A&M University and earned an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.

Michael Vogelzang

Michael Vogelzang, CFA, is president and CIO of Boston Advisors, and has managed the firm since 1997. He is responsible for overseeing the firm's equity, fixed-income and alternative investment activities and general business practices. Vogelzang also chairs the independent board of directors. He earned a B.S. in economics and political science from Calvin College in Grand Rapids, Mich. Vogelzang is a member of the Boston Security Analysts Society.

Kenneth E. Volpert is principal, senior portfolio manager and head of the Taxable Bond group at Vanguard. He oversees more than 40 index and active taxable bond funds managed by a team of more than 70 investment professionals. The portfolios are invested in more than $400 billion in domestic and global fixed-income securities. Volpert is a member of Vanguard's Senior Fixed Income Strategy committee and is co-manager of the Vanguard Total Bond Market Index Fund.

Voros has more than 25 years of experience in journalism, including serving as the longtime business editor for the Oakland Tribune and sister papers of the Bay Area News Group, as well as covering public entertainment companies for Hollywood trade papers Daily Variety and Variety. He is a 1986 graduate of the University of Southern California.

Dan Waldron is senior vice president and ETF strategist for First Trust. He has more than 24 years of experience in the industry, having worked extensively with most aspects of investment company product development and marketing. Before joining First Trust, Waldron held an executive director position with Scudder Investments, a Deutsche Asset Management company. Prior to that, Waldron held positions with Van Kampen Investments and Fidelity Capital Markets.

Anne Walsh, J.D., CFA, joined Guggenheim in 2007, and is head of the Portfolio Construction group, where she oversees more than $60 billion in fixed-income investments. Prior to joining Guggenheim, Walsh served as chief investment officer at Reinsurance Group of America Inc. She received her B.S.B.A. and MBA from Auburn University and her J.D. from the University of Miami School of Law. Walsh is a member of the CFA Institute.

Emily Wang, CPA, is a director at Alerian, an independent provider of indices, data sets and analytics for master limited partnerships (MLPs) and energy infrastructure companies. She manages the firm's relationships with MLPs and licensees and develops business strategies for the Alerian Index Series. Wang was previously with Raymond James & Associates Inc. as a senior associate in the firm's Equity Research division, covering the midstream energy MLP space.
Daniel Weiskopf

Daniel K. Weiskopf III is the ETF strategist and the co-portfolio manager at Access ETF Solutions. He was the founder and portfolio manager of MH Capital Partners L.P. from 1995 to 2003. In 2003, Weiskopf joined UBS Financial Services Inc., where he was a founding partner of the FaucettaWeiskopf Wealth Management Group. Weiskopf is a graduate of Colorado College and has an MBA from Fordham University in New York.

Jim Wiandt is the founder and chief executive offer of IndexUniverse LLC. He started the company in 1999 with a vision of creating the central hub for information and analysis on indexes, index funds and ETFs. That year, Wiandt acquired Indexes: the Journal of Index Issues from Dow Jones, and transformed the publication into the Journal of Indexes, a fully independent journal with broad support from the index industry. He purchased the Exchange-Traded Funds Report in 2003.

Johnny Wu is a managing director and head of Investor Solutions, Americas at Barclays. Based in New York, he leads a team responsible for developing and providing structured investment solutions to retail and institutional investors in the Americas, across all asset classes. Wu also oversees the iPath Exchange Traded Notes business. He earned his B.A. in economics-mathematics from Columbia College and his MBA in finance from Columbia Business School.
Mark Yusko
Mark Yusko

Mark Yusko is the chief executive officer and chief investment officer of Morgan Creek Capital Management. Prior to forming Morgan Creek, he was president, CIO and founder of UNC Management Company, the endowment investment office for the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, from 1998 to 2004. Yusko received his B.S. degree, with honors, in biology and chemistry from the University of Notre Dame and an MBA in accounting and finance from the University of Chicago.
Linda Zhang
Linda Zhang

Linda Zhang is senior portfolio manager and head of Research at Windhaven Investment Management Inc. She brings 15 years of investment management experience to Windhaven, the bulk of which has been focused on managing multi-asset, global macro long/short strategies at institutional asset management firms. Zhang has a B.S. from the University of Regina in Canada, an M.S. in Resource Economics and a Ph.D. in finance from UMass Amherst.
