CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER
Dave Nadig is CEO of ETF.com. Previously, he was director of exchange-traded funds at FactSet Research Systems, a position he took when ETF.com divested itself of its ETF data business. Prior to that sale, Dave was ETF.com's chief investment officer, and has served in the company since 2008. He returned to ETF.com as CEO in November 2016.
Dave has been involved in researching, reporting and analyzing the investment management industry for more than 20 years, and recently co-authored a definitive book on ETFs, "A Comprehensive Guide To Exchange-Traded Funds" for the CFA Institute.
As a managing director at Barclays Global Investors, Dave helped design and market some of the first ETFs. With partner Don Luskin, he went on to found MetaMarkets.com, a revolutionary transparent mutual fund company that pushed fund disclosure to the top of the SEC agenda. As co-founder at Cerulli Associates in the early '90s, he conducted some of the first research on fee-only financial advisors and the rise of indexing. Dave is widely quoted in the financial press, a regular speaker at finance conferences, and publishes a widely read blog at ETF.com. He has an MBA in finance from Boston University.
Drew Voros is editor-in chief for ETF.com, where he supervises its media properties including ETF.com, ETF Report and newsletters. He has more than 25 years of experience in journalism, including serving as the longtime business editor for the Oakland Tribune and sister papers of the Bay Area News Group, as well as covering public entertainment companies for Hollywood trade papers Daily Variety and Variety. Drew is a graduate of the University of Southern California.
CHIEF TECHNOLOGY OFFICER
Fernando Rivera is chief technology officer for ETF.com. He heads up all technological aspects of the corporation, including the design, development and operations of the company's websites, CRM and other systems, including the company's ETF Analytics platform.
Fernando has 20 years of experience designing and implementing Web-based applications and content-driven websites. He was previously founder and CEO of StarNetSys.com, a successful Web design and development firm based in Quito, Ecuador, which provided services to clients in the U.S. and Europe, including ETF.com and Dow Jones Indexes. ETF.com acquired StarNetSys in 2008.
Fernando works from the company's offices in Quito, where he oversees a team of 15 developers, designers and tech support personnel. He is a graduate of Pomona College.
EVP, GLOBAL HEAD OF SALES
Noel d'Ablemont-Smith is executive vice president, global head of sales for ETF.com. Her responsibilities include overseeing the continued quality and expansion of print and digital websites and newsletter sales. Prior to this role, Noel was publisher and EVP of strategic sales for ETF.com, responsible for global growth on all media properties.
Prior to ETF.com, Noel was global publisher of aiCIO and VP of key accounts, PlanSponsor/Planadviser. In this role, she was responsible for global business development, leading a team of 10 global salespeople in print, digital, webcasts and events. From 1999-2009, Noel worked for Pensions & Investments, one of the top publications at Crain Communications, where she was the top sales performer, overseeing the No. 1 sales territory.
Noel has more than 20 years of sales experience and eight years in leadership experience in the B2B publishing and online media industries. She holds a B.S. from Trinity College.
HEAD OF GROWTH
Stephen Cheng is responsible for the strategy and execution of ETF.com's digital growth. He has spent more than 10 years growing the digital presences of pure e-commerce sites (Alibris), consumer goods companies (JOBY and Lowepro) and content sites (ETF.com). Stephen has an MBA in finance from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
