FFR is the first to offer real estate exposure focused on developed markets worldwide. Real estate activities may include the ownership, trading and development of income-producing real estate. The fund tracks a broad, market-cap-weighted index of more than 300 REITs from Europe, Asia and North America, subject to size and liquidity screens, providing investors with a diverse take on developed global real estate. The Index is built together by EU and US counterparts, EPRA is the European association for listed real estate, and NAREIT is the US-based association for REITs and publicly-traded real estate companies. The index is reconstituted and rebalanced quarterly.
