Account Manager

Hybrid is looking for a highly collaborative, driven, creative, and critical thinker to own and develop a portfolio of publisher clients utilizing’s services and platform. The goal of this position is to develop an in-depth understanding of the clients’ business, their needs, and relevant business trends impacting their industries and utilizing this knowledge to build/execute advertising campaigns that are impactful, innovative, and on-brand in collaboration with sales.

Our ideal champion will challenge the status quo, exceed client expectations, and be driven to identify opportunities to expand and strengthen our partnerships across the US market.


  • Support team in executing advertiser’s campaign goals (both pre and post-sales)
  • Key member of brainstorming conversations with sales and other key internal stakeholders to develop scalable, multi-platform solutions in response to client RFPs or proactive opportunities
  • Develop activation opportunities to meet client goals via a deep understanding of sales offerings
  • Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of the book of accounts, analyzing and interpreting performance data to provide optimization and growth recommendations along with client-facing reporting
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders (e.g, sales, ad operations) and external clients to ensure audiences and campaigns, both for managed-service and self-service clients, are successfully executed and meet client’s goals
  • Actively gather and share client feedback with regard to the product offering, service levels, and opportunities for improvement
  • Keep abreast of the rapidly evolving technologies and trends in the digital media space


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field. (Accounting, Marketing, Communications, or Finance a plus)
  • 1-3 years of related work experience (advertising agency, publisher, ad network, DSP or SSP; finance industry experience preferred)
  • Experience with GAM and Boostr or related ad server and CRM systems is a plus
  • Creative problem solver for advertisers
  • Ability to analyze reporting data and industry insights, simplify, provide optimization recommendations, and present to clients
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Independent and driven to succeed.
  • Meticulously detail-oriented, exceptional organizational skills and ability to manage multiple advertiser campaigns whilst providing excellent client service
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Suite
