Marketing Manager, Ad Sales

Hybrid is looking for a Marketing Manager, Ad Sales to join our team and will be a key role to the continued success of the business.  The goal of this role is to support and enhance all marketing functions across the brand and be a leading voice at  This remote/potentially hybrid role will report directly to the CMO.

He/she will develop integrated marketing campaigns for ad sales, content creation, CRM, trade shows, brand awareness, social campaigns, and product launches.  They will also lead marketing and consumer research to ensure best practices across businesses are being implemented. The ideal candidate will have strong project management and execution skills.


  • Create, deliver, and monitor all go-to-market paid media campaigns for brand awareness and product marketing (including podcast, video, webinars, newsletters etc.)
  • Measure and report on the performance of marketing initiatives and develop actionable insights
  • Lead all webinar and virtual event production efforts and implementation 
  • Develop dynamic partnerships with major industry meetings, conferences, and associations aimed at building brand awareness, securing subscriptions, and generating qualified leads
  • Develop and execute a dynamic integrated marketing strategy aimed at retaining existing and driving new subscribers across the brands newsletter suite
  • Partner with cross function teams to ensure marketing strategy consistent across the business
  • Maintain ongoing knowledge of the evolving media landscape, including competitors, new platforms and formats, trends, and talent 


  • 3-5+ years of integrated marketing experience; Publishing and finance background a plus
  • Degree in Marketing or relevant experience
  • Advanced skills in analytic and email marketing platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Campaign Monitor etc.)
  • Strong presentation and communication skills (internal and external)
  • Advanced skill level at PowerPoint, Figma, Adobe, and other digital platforms
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities to meet deadlines in a dynamic environment
  • Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment
  • Help shape the big picture but can roll up your sleeves to execute on the day-to-day tasks to get the job done
