Sales Director

etf.com is looking for a highly motivated, driven, and hungry senior salesperson with a growth mindset to join the etf.com Sales Team. The ideal candidate must be a strong communicator with an ability to multi-task to assist the team in growing an existing book of business and break new business. This role reports to the VP of Sales.

Responsibilities 

  • Main and grow existing book of business (Direct, Programmatic and Experiential)
  • Prospect and close new business (Direct, Programmatic and Experiential)
  • Proactively prospect, qualify, grow, and maintain account list
  • Build client relationships with daily engagement and help them solve their business needs using etf.com’s suite of ad products
  • Ensure that our clients receive the highest level of sales support
  • Manage activity using Boostr
  • Understand our digital products as well as competitive environment offerings.

Qualifications 

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 7+ years related work experience (financial media experience preferred) 
  • Existing relationships/knowledge of the financial category
  • Creative problem solver for advertisers and their products  
  • Solid understanding of the advertising landscape and competitive sites
  • Skilled in consultative sales and business development
  • Able to learn advertising ecosystem
  • Strong written and oral communication skills  
  • Skilled in MS Office suit
