Barclay’s iPath rolled out a pair of ETNs focused on 5-year Treasury notes, aimed at investors grappling with the uncertain economic outlook. The iPath US Treasury 5-Year Bear ETN (NYSE Arca: DFVS) and the iPath US Treasury 5-Year Bull ETN (NYSE Arca: DFVL) are both based on the Barclays Capital 5-Year US Treasury Futures Targeted Exposure Index, which reflects notional investment in five-year Treasury notes traded on the Chicago Board of Trade.
