Brian Matthews, CFA, is an executive director of MSCI's Index Business Management team, responsible for the firm's ETF Licensing and Factor Index business strategy in the U.S. Prior to this role, he was head of West Coast sales across MSCI's Index and Risk Analytics businesses. Before joining MSCI, Matthews served as director of Investor Relations at MVC Capital. He holds a B.A. in English from the University of California, Los Angeles.
