Jeffrey Walker, CFA, is director of qualitative research at Aviance Capital. As a member of the firm’s Investment Committee, he works closely with Aviance’s CIO to determine target allocations across the various investment strategies; he is also the lead portfolio manager for the firm’s ETF-based strategies. Walker graduated from Florida State University with a B.S. in finance, magna cum laude.
