Peggy Smith is head of BNY Mellon’s ETF Client Solutions Group. She works with new and existing clients on launching new ETF products and funds, and is responsible for developing operational workflows used to facilitate the testing and onboarding process. Smith was named one of the “Rising Stars of Mutual Funds” in 2011 by Institutional Investor News. She holds a B.S. from SUNY Cortland and an MBA from Fordham University.
