Sharon French and Vince Lowry

Sharon French is OppenheimerFunds' head of Beta Solutions. She leads the strategy, development, and implementation of the firm’s smart beta products and solutions. In addition, she oversees the Oppenheimer Revenue Weighted Strategy Team. 

Vincent T. (Vince) Lowry is the lead Portfolio Manager for the Oppenheimer Revenue Factor Team. He was the founder and architect behind the creation of the RevenueShares ETFs, which launched in February 2008. OppenheimerFunds acquired RevenueShares ETFs in 2015; Vince served as CEO and Chairman of RevenueShares prior to the acquisition.
