Investors may be in search of ways to invest in the U.K. as problems in Greece and the rest of the eurozone seem as if they may soon spill over into other countries. The flexibility of ETFs may help them negotiate roiled markets more effectively, according to an article on Zacks.
The U.K. remains relatively safe, as it isn’t directly connected to the crisis. But investors need to remain wary as the country still has exposure to the region, the article said.
The following ETFs will help investors gain European exposure while benefiting from the U.K.’s independent currency:
- iShares MSCI United Kingdom Index Fund (NYSEArca: EWU)
- iShares MSCI United Kingdom Small Cap Index Fund (NYSEArca: EWUS)
- First Trust United Kingdom AlphaDex ETF (NYSEArca: FKU)
