The $9.4 billion that went into U.S. fixed income ETFs was partially offset by the $5.6 billion that came out of U.S. equity ETFs. International equity and fixed income ETFs had net inflows of $1.7 billion and $2 billion, respectively. Year-to-date inflows for all U.S.-listed ETFs rose to $605.5 billion, while total assets under management stand at $9.57 trillion. ## Tech ETFs Struggle Taking the top spot on the weekly inflows list was the [**Vanguard 500 Index Fund (VOO)**](/voo). The ETF’s $3.7 billion of inflows was about a billion dollars ahead of the No. 2 on the list, the [**iShares MSCI EAFE Value ETF (EFV)**](/efv). On the fixed income side, the [**iShares Core Total USD Bond Market ETF (IUSB)**](/iusb) and the [**iShares 7-10 Year Treasury Bond ETF (IEF)**](/ief) were the biggest flows winners, with inflows of $2.3 billion and $1.6 billion, respectively. Stocks were hammered last week, while bonds rallied as economic growth worries continued to plague financial markets. Technology stocks, in particular, have been struggling. The [**Vanguard Information Technology ETF (VGT)**](/VGT) and the tech-heavy [**Invesco QQQ Trust (QQQ)**](/qqq) were No.1 and No.3 on the weekly outflows list, with redemptions of $3.6 billion and $2.8 billion, respectively. The [**SPDR S&P 500 ETF Trust (SPY)**](/spy), the world’s largest ETF and a favorite among traders, had outflows of $3.4 billion.
