Rob Arnott talks with etf.com Wealth Management Editor Jeff Benjamin about the overlooked value of companies that are cut from broad market indexes and how market forces drive these stocks higher.

Why nobody has wrapped this strategy inside an ETF until recently is confounding to Arnott, but he’s okay with the first-mover advantage.

Beyond the [**Research Affiliates Deletions ETF (NIXT)**](/nixt), Arnott also shares his outlook for markets and the economy under President Trump’s second term.
