In this episode of Leaders Talks, etf.com Editor-in-Chief Kristin Myers speaks with Aaron Marks, a member of the [Leaders Top 100](https://www.etf.com/top-100-advisors) list, about why he uses ETFs in client portfolios and an increasingly popular investment strategy: using 351 exchanges.

“Over time you have conviction over certain things,” Marks said. “What do I do that gets me exposure to the stock market in a cost-effective, tax-efficient way? ETFs.”

Marks also shared details about his journey to become a financial advisor, which included knowing he wanted a career in finance since he was in the fifth grade. He also admitted one of his financial mistakes: investing in sports memorabilia.
