# ETF Investors Poured $148B Into ETFs In November

U.S.-listed ETFs pulled in $147.7 billion in November, according to FactSet, a massive total even if it came in below October’s record $176 billion haul. With the latest month in the books, year-to-date inflows have climbed to $1.27 trillion—an annual record with one month left to go. At the current pace, 2025 is tracking toward $1.4 trillion or more in net creations.  
  
U.S. equity ETFs took in the most money during November, adding $73.6 billion. U.S. fixed income ETFs were next with $33.1 billion, followed by international equity ETFs with $24.6 billion and international fixed income ETFs with $10.7 billion. Currency ETFs saw $3.8 billion in outflows, largely due to cryptocurrency funds.   
  
Markets were choppy during the month. The S&amp;P 500 dropped 5.1% from peak to trough before recovering nearly all of that decline by month-end, ultimately finishing November close to where it started. Bonds were similarly range-bound, with the 10-year Treasury yield rising, falling, and ending the month near 4.08%.  
  
Crypto was the exception. Bitcoin and ether tumbled sharply, underperforming nearly every other major asset class. Bitcoin briefly fell to $80,000, its lowest level since April and roughly one-third below its October all-time high of $125,000.

## Top November Winners and Losers

At the fund level, the [**Vanguard S&amp;P 500 ETF (VOO)**](/voo) led all ETFs with nearly $21 billion of inflows in November. Its year-to-date total of almost $125 billion marks a new annual record for any ETF.  
  
In fixed income, the [**iShares 0–3 Month Treasury Bond ETF (SGOV)**](/sgov) and the [**iShares 7–10 Year Treasury Bond ETF (IEF)**](/ief) were the top asset gatherers, pulling in $5.5 billion and $4.7 billion, respectively. The [**iShares Core MSCI Emerging Markets ETF (IEMG)**](/iemg) led all international equity ETFs with $4.6 billion of inflows.  
  
On the outflows side, the [**iShares MSCI USA Quality Factor ETF (QUAL)**](/qual), the [**iShares MBS ETF (MBB)**](/mbb), and the [**iShares Bitcoin Trust (IBIT)**](/ibit) were the biggest losers. IBIT saw $2.4 billion of outflows, while its sister crypto ETF, the [**iShares Ethereum Trust (ETHA)**](/etha), shed $1.1 billion.
