## The Market Turns Festivus

- **Market broadening and rotation underway.** Global equities are experiencing improved breadth since Q4 2025, with small caps, value stocks, and non-AI sectors outperforming large-cap AI leaders; the S&P 500 has lagged the broader market as "rest-of-us" areas catch up after years of megacap tech dominance.
- **AI narrative persists but evolves.** AI-driven productivity gains (potentially +1.8% annual U.S. labor growth over the next decade) and capex continue to support infrastructure plays, yet investors are shifting toward affordable AI tools and reevaluating premium SaaS valuations amid concentrated demand effects.
- **Global REITs offer attractive value.** Real estate fundamentals are improving with reduced new supply, resilient demand, and rents/earnings growth; global REITs trade at a ~17% discount to intrinsic value (U.S. leading), with historically low price-to-cash-flow multiples, high dividend yields, lower volatility, and tailwinds from easing monetary policy.
- **Natural gas and energy infrastructure poised for upside.** Structural demand from data-center electrification, LNG needs in Asia/Europe, and "behind-the-meter" gas adoption drives growth; U.S. production is forecast to rise ~2% in 2026, with attractive valuations, improving producer discipline, and potential re-rating as supply surpluses fade by 2030.
