The Best New Crypto/Digital Assets ETF is the [**Bitwise 10 Crypto Index ETF (BITW)**](/bitw). While bitcoin and ether grabbed most of the attention as they became available inside ETFs over the past two years, the number of crypto ETFs has since proliferated.  
  
In a market where new crypto assets constantly emerge and leadership can shift quickly, an index approach offers investors diversified exposure to the broader crypto ecosystem. BITW tracks the Bitwise 10 Large Cap Crypto Index, which holds the largest crypto assets weighted by market value.  
  
The strategy itself isn’t new. BITW originally launched in 2020 as a private fund available only to accredited investors before converting into an ETF in 2025.  
  
While bitcoin and ether still dominate the crypto market today, that may not always be the case. BITW offers a way for investors to gain exposure to the largest crypto assets without having to bet on which individual asset will emerge as the next big winner.
