[Recon Capital has filed for four ETFs](https://www.sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/1551030/000089109216014069/e69011-485apos.htm) targeting the low-volatility factor. The four funds are set to launch on the NYSE Arca, and three of them already have tickers assigned. The proposed ETFs include the following:

- Recon Capital International Minimum Volatility ETF
- Recon Capital Europe Minimum Volatility ETF (IVOL)
- Recon Capital Japan Minimum Volatility ETF (JVOL)
- Recon Capital USA Minimum Volatility ETF (MVOL)

The funds will track indexes provided by Stoxx Ltd. that are derived from its cap-weighted benchmarks and based on a portfolio optimization process designed by Axioma. The methodology takes into account a variety of factors such as value, growth, momentum, leverage, liquidity and exchange-rate sensitivity, according to the prospectus.

The filing did not include expense ratios.
