In connection with the [failed deal to be acquired by Veracen](https://www.etf.com/sections/daily-etf-flows/elkhorn-acquisition-falls-through), Elkhorn shuttered two of its funds on Friday, while another two have been rebranded with the name of their new issuer.

Friday was the last day of trading for the [Elkhorn Commodity Rotation Strategy ETF (DWAC)](https://www.etf.com/dwac) and the[ Elkhorn Fundamental Commodity Strategy ETF (RCOM)](https://www.etf.com/rcom). Year-to-date closures for 2018 currently stand at more than 70.

Meanwhile, the name of the Elkhorn S&amp;P High Quality Preferred ETF changed to [Innovator S&amp;P High Quality Preferred ETF (EPRF)](https://www.etf.com/eprf), while the Elkhorn Lunt Low Vol/High Beta Tactical ETF changed to [Innovator Lunt Low Vol/High Beta Tactical ETF (LVHB)](https://www.etf.com/LVHB) to reflect the funds’ new ownership by Innovator Funds, the ETF issuer that is run by the co-founders of PowerShares.
