The shortened week had a lot of activity packed into it, with Franklin Templeton rolling out a trio of actively managed bond ETFs, while Hartford added an active bond fund of its own. Meanwhile, Global X filed for three products that will offer alternatives to existing products.

**Launches**

- Hartford Funds debuted a [short-duration bond ETF](https://www.etf.com/sections/daily-etf-watch/low-duration-etf-debuts) that relies on active management

**Filings**
