On net, $12 billion flowed into U.S.-listed ETFs during the week ending Thursday, May 21. Year-to-date net inflows now stand at $131 billion, ahead of the $73.5 billion seen at this same time last year. While U.S. equity ETFs had solid inflows of $3.6 billion during the week, U.S. fixed income ETFs were the most popular segment, with inflows of $7.9 billion. Continued support from the Federal Reserve's Secondary Market Corporate Credit Facility (SMCCF) bolstered prices and sentiment for corporate bond ETFs. **Fed Continues To Buy** The **[iShares iBoxx USD Investment Grade Corporate Bond ETF (LQD)](https://www.etf.com/LQD)**, the **[SPDR Bloomberg Barclays High Yield Bond ETF (JNK)](https://www.etf.com/jnk)** and the **[iShares iBoxx USD High Yield Corporate Bond ETF (HYG)](https://www.etf.com/hyg)** each had weekly inflows of more than $1 billion. Thus far, the Fed has purchased $1.8 billion of corporate bond ETFs under the SMCCF, though it has yet to reveal exactly which funds those are. In addition to corporate bond ETFs, investors favored the tech-heavy **[Invesco QQQ Trust (QQQ)](https://www.etf.com/qqq)** and the **[SPDR Gold Trust (GLD)](https://www.etf.com/gld)** this week. QQQ gathered $3.3 billion of new money as prices for the fund hovered just below its record highs set in Feburary. Meanwhile, gold traded around recent highs of $1,750/oz thanks to strong investor demand. On a year-to-date basis, GLD has had inflows of $11.8 billion.
