The momentum intensified in 2021 as EV sales registered triple-digit growth driven by government support, slick designs, cost reduction, and innovation. According to the International Renewable Energy Agency (IRENA), more than $130 trillion in investments is needed over the next 30 years to achieve a clean energy transition with electrification and energy efficiency/storage at its core.
