SPY Takes Lead With $6.1B ETF Inflows
The VanEck Semiconductor ETF (SMH) saw $471 million in outflows: Here are the daily ETF fund flows for January 29, 2025.
The SPDR S&P 500 ETF Trust (SPY) attracted $6.1 billion in new assets Tuesday, boosting its total assets to $630.8 billion, according to etf.com daily fund flows data.
The Invesco QQQ Trust (QQQ) gathered $4.3 billion in inflows, while the Vanguard S&P 500 ETF (VOO) added $863 million. The Financial Select Sector SPDR Fund (XLF) pulled in $524 million in new assets.
On the outflows side, the SPDR Dow Jones Industrial Average ETF Trust (DIA) saw over $1 billion leave the fund, while the Vanguard Russell 2000 ETF (VTWO) experienced $886 million in redemptions, according to the daily fund flow report.
U.S. equity dominated with $12.5 billion in net inflows and leveraged funds added $1.5 billion, while currency ETFs faced $695 million in outflows and asset allocation funds saw $132 million in redemptions. Total ETF industry flows reached $14.96 billion for the day.
