DURA Fund Description

DURA tracks a dividend-weighted index of US firms that are screened for dividend yield, financial health, and valuation.

DURA Factset Analytics Insight

DURA screens its total-market universe for high-yielding firms that meet additional fundamental criteria. Holdings must fall in the top 50% of the universe by trailing-twelve-month yield, the top 50% by a distance-to-default model, and the top 70% by a valuation score (determined by each firm’s current price relative to Morningstar’s estimate of its fair value, adjusted for the uncertainty of the estimate). REITs are excluded by rule. Holdings are weighted by the total dollar value of dividends paid to publically floated shares, further tilting exposure toward high-yield stocks. DURA is rebalanced and reconstituted twice annually.
