RESE is actively managed to invest in emerging market equities selected for various factors and ESG characteristics.

RESE Factset Analytics Insight

RESE uses active management with a multi-factor approach to create its portfolio of emerging market stocks. The fund uses both fundamental and technical factors, such as value, quality, momentum and correlation. RESE also utilizes an ESG screen based on a composite sustainability score that is calculated by an independent third party ESG research. Holdings are weighted on a modified market-cap basis, giving heavier weight to constituents with higher market-cap and positive sustainability scores. Note: Prior to March 16, 2020, the fund traded as DVEM, held dividend-paying stocks and tracked the WisdomTree Emerging Markets Dividend Index.

The MSCI ESG Fund Rating measures the resiliency of portfolios to long-term risks and opportunities arising from environmental, social, and governance factors. ESG Fund Ratings range from best (AAA) to worst (CCC). Highly rated funds consist of companies that tend to show strong and/or improving management of financially relevant environmental, social and governance issues. These companies may be more resilient to disruptions arising from ESG events.

The fund’s Peer Rank reflects the ranking of a fund’s MSCI ESG Fund Quality Score against the scores of other funds within the same peer group, as defined by the Thomson Reuters Lipper Global Classification. WisdomTree Emerging Markets ESG Fund ranks in the 44th percentile within its peer group and in the 69th percentile within the global universe of all funds covered by MSCI ESG Fund Ratings.

MSCI FaCS is a standard method for evaluating and reporting the Factor characteristics of equity portfolios including ETFs.
