ERSX is actively-managed to invest in global small cap ex-US equities weighted by market capitalization.
ERSX Factset Analytics Insight
ERSX applies a mix of fundamental factors to small-cap ex-US companies to select stocks for inclusion in its index. The fund lists six factors that are weighed in ranking potential constituents: (1) lower executive compensation, (2) higher percentage of ownership by key stakeholders, (3) lower management turnover, (4) revenue, and growth of revenue, (5) net income, and (6) other company statistics, which covers overall structure of a company compared to industry standards. The top 50 ranking stocks are selected, with selected securities being market cap weighted. The Index constituents are rebalanced and reconstituted on a quarterly basis. Prior to February 5, 2021, ENTR traded as ERShares Non-US Small Cap ETF. On March 23, 2021, the fund will begin to pursue an active rather than passive investment strategy.

The MSCI ESG Fund Rating measures the resiliency of portfolios to long-term risks and opportunities arising from environmental, social, and governance factors. ESG Fund Ratings range from best (AAA) to worst (CCC). Highly rated funds consist of companies that tend to show strong and/or improving management of financially relevant environmental, social and governance issues. These companies may be more resilient to disruptions arising from ESG events.
