The security was delisted. The last day of trading on an exchange is March 3, 2022. ERUS, prior to June 1, 2022, the fund tracked the MSCI Russia 25/50 Index, which provided representative coverage of the Russian equity market. On March 1, 2022 the fund suspended new creation of shares. On March 4, 2022, due to the concentrated exposure to Russian equities, the closure of the Russian stock market, and MSCI’s decision to remove Russian securities from its Emerging Markets Indexes, shares of ERUS were halted from trading. On August 17, 2022, BlackRock will begin liquidating ERUS by distributing its current liquid assets to shareholders, less costs. BlackRock expects that ERUS will remain in existence until at least December 31, 2023, to allow the fund to sell the securities and depositary receipts, if conditions permit. After December 31, 2023, the fund can terminate at any time.
