EZJProShares Ultra MSCI Japan
EZJ Fund Description

EZJ Factset Analytics Insight
EZJ provides 2x levered exposure to the MSCI Japan Index, which aims to capture the broad Japanese equities market. This is the long version of sister-fund EWV, which provides 2x inverse exposure to the same index. Simple long exposure can be had through iShares’ EWJ. The fund achieves leverage primarily through the use of swap agreements, which carry counterparty risk. Like all levered funds, EZJ tends to underperform in volatile markets if held longer than its daily reset period, and is only suitable for short-term trading positions. EZJ’s daily volume isn’t spectacular but spreads are decent, possibly aided by EWJ’s massive liquidity.
