FCPI Fund Description
FCPI tracks an index of U.S. large- and midcap stocks based on multi-factor criteria with structural tilts towards inflation-sensitive sectors and industries. The index is weighted based on market capitalization.
FCPI Factset Analytics Insight
FCPI provides exposure to large- and midcap U.S. equities that tend to outperform in inflationary environments. The index starts with the top 1000 U.S. companies by market cap, each are ranked and scored based on value, momentum and quality factors. The final selection being approximately 100 stocks, based on market cap within each sector. Each stock is equally weighted plus an overweight adjustment depending on its sector. Sectors such as energy, materials, consumer staples, health care, real assets and infrastructure receive +5% overweight in the portfolio. The index is rebalanced semi-annually, on the third Friday in February and August.
