HIPRDirexion High Growth ETF
HIPR Fund Description
HIPR tracks an index of US growth stocks that are selected and weighted by their quality, momentum, value, and volatility scores.
HIPR Factset Analytics Insight
HIPR offers passive exposure to large- and midcap companies identified as having consistent and sustainable growth. Stocks selected are those with the highest historical growth in sales, forecasted earnings and cash flows relative to increases in share value. These “hyper” growth stocks are screened by scoring in combination of growth, price momentum and quality metrics (such as high profitability and low levels of leverage), while maintaining neutral exposures to the value and volatility factors which excludes value stocks in the process. Each security receives a minimum weight of 0.10% and a maximum of 20%, with the highest-scoring securities on desirable factor characteristics earning greater weight. By applying these factors, HIPR hopes to form a portfolio of growth companies with healthy balance sheets and positive market momentum. The index is to be reviewed and rebalanced semi-annually.
