INDSPacer Benchmark Industrial Real Estate SCTR ETF
INDS Fund Description
INDS tracks an index of US-listed real estate securities that derive at least 85% of their revenue from industrial real estate activities.
INDS Factset Analytics Insight
INDS is not your typical real estate fund. Instead of focusing on all US-listed real estate companies, the index selects only those that derive the bulk of their revenue from industrial real estate activities. This includes industrial services such as warehouses and distribution centers, as well as self-storage facilities. The index caps exposure to non-self-storage REITs to a maximum of 80%. Additionally, individual securities are capped at 15% and companies with greater than 4.5% weights cannot exceed 45% as a whole. Companies are market-cap weighted, subject to the capping limits. The underlying index is reconstituted and rebalanced quarterly. Prior to December 3, 2021, the underlying index was called Benchmark Industrial Real Estate SCTR Index.
