IVLC Invesco US Large Cap Core ESG ETF
What is IVLC?
IVLC is an actively-managed, non-transparent fund with exposure to US companies meeting ESG standards. The fund utilizes the Fidelity non-transparent model.
IVLC Factset Analytics Insight
IVLC primarily invests in US large-cap companies with particular regard to ESG criteria. Product and service screens are first employed to exclude issuers who have exposure to non-ESG factors (e.g. tobacco, alcohol, etc.), as well as those who are non-compliant with United Nations Global Compact principles. Eligible issuers are then evaluated under each pillar of the ESG framework before finally being assigned a composite ESG score. The fund will not invest in securities that have a rating exceeding certain negative levels. Due to IVLC’s unique structure, holdings are represented in a “Tracking Basket” as a proxy portfolio published daily on its website (which correlates to the fund’s holdings), and its weight overlap is also disclosed (which represents return deviation relative to the actual fund). Although not the actual portfolio, the basket contains strategy components, representative ETFs, and cash-like instruments. Holdings are disclosed on a quarterly basis with a 30-day lag.
