The fund manager utilizes a disciplined investment process that focuses on stock selection by continuously screening the target universe and selecting those perceived as exhibiting superior financial strength, operating returns and attractive growth prospects. Individual securities are assessed by its ability to generate earnings over a long-term business cycle. On May 20, 2022, this ETF acquired the assets and liabilities, and assumed the performance, financial and other historical information, of the JPMorgan Realty Income Fund, which had $2.2 billion in assets.
