KGRO is actively managed to target high-growth areas within China’s economy. The fund primarily invests in China-focused ETFs that have sector or thematic exposure such as Internet, Health Care, Clean Technology, 5G & Semiconductors, and Science & Technology. Each underlying ETF holds publicly-issued shares of Chinese companies including A-shares, B-shares, H-shares, P-chips and Red chips. From time to time, KGRO may revise its allocations to the underlying ETFs, depending on its proprietary assessment of market conditions. The fund also has the flexibility to invest up to 15% of its assets in private companies that have similar exposure with any underlying ETF or that the fund manager sees as an attractive opportunity.
