KNGS Factset Analytics Insight
KNGS is the first private equity fund to convert to the ETF structure. The fund invests in securities from both developed and emerging markets that it expects to generate cash and reinvest at a higher rate than the S&P 500 Index over multi-year periods. As an actively managed fund, the portfolio managers can analyze market and financial data to make buy, sell, and hold decisions at their discretion. Upholdings, the fund's manager, analyzes public information and financial models to estimate cash flow and shareholder value to determine a company’s intrinsic value. The process then further estimates intrinsic value by discounting estimated future value into a current valuation. KNGS aims to focus on companies that have been reinvesting their own cash flow at above average rates of return.
