LOUPInnovator Loup Frontier Tech ETF
LOUP Fund Description
LOUP tracks an index of developed- and emerging-market stocks that are influencing the future of technology. Holdings are selected by fundamental criteria and equally weighted in two tiers.
LOUP Factset Analytics Insight
LOUP holds stocks that are involved in new technologies, including: artificial intelligence, consumer perception, robotics, autonomous vehicles, virtual reality, and mixed/augmented reality. To be included in the index, companies must generate half of their revenues from one of these areas or exhibit significant revenue or expenditure growth in one of the areas. Notably, the fund excludes companies over $250B in market cap, avoiding the mega-cap tech giants that might otherwise dominate the portfolio. Eligible stocks are scored on revenue growth, EPS, free cash flow, and quarterly revenue acceleration. LOUP selects the 30 highest-scoring companies, but no more than 10 within any one sub-theme. Holdings are equally weighted within two tiers, the top five components get 50% more weight per stock, reflecting the higher conviction in these firms. The index is rebalanced and reconstituted quarterly.
