PSMB Factset Analytics Insight
PSMB is an actively-managed fund of funds utilizing both equity and fixed income components. The fund uses both quantitative and qualitative model to allocate to these two asset classes and factors within those classes via ETFs. Equity funds are expected to make up 45-75% of the holdings as compared to the 25-55% occupied by fixed income funds. PSMB’s exposure may be broad, as the fund is allowed to invest in emerging market and non-investment-grade securities. Approximately 10-30% of the fund’s assets will be allocated to ETFs holding foreign stocks and bonds as well as ADRs and GDRs. This exposure is consistent with the other members of the suite, so the main difference between the products is the ratio of equity to fixed income holdings.
