The fund’s advisor focuses on companies believed to have favorable fundamentals such as low P/E ratios, positive cash flows, manageable leverage ratios and high dividend yields for portfolio inclusion. Stocks are also selected based on perceived catalysts for appreciation such as new management, new products, corporate restructuring, recapitalization or market dynamics. The objective is to create a portfolio with an aggregate dividend yield that is twice that of the S&P 500 Index.
