TEGS is an actively managed ETF that allocates exposure to equity and fixed income securities based on ESG criteria and momentum factor.

TEGS offers exposure to global equity or fixed income securities of any credit quality through mutual funds or other ETFs. It actively selects securities based on their ESG characteristics then applies momentum screen to identify investment opportunities. The fund evaluates environmental risk based on energy use, waste and natural resource conservation, while its social and governance criteria is based on business relationships and governance practices. TEGS then uses its own quantitative process based on price momentum and relative strength as well as market trend and counter trend following, pattern recognition and market analysis to identify buy-sell-or-hold opportunities. The fund may also invest in cash, treasury, volatility ETFs and ETNs and leveraged and inverse ETFs, but it may hold significant position or may fully invest in cash-like instrument in some market conditions.
