Sales Associate, Events & Digital

ETF.com is seeking a highly organized and motivated Sales Associate, Events & Digital to support our growing Events and Digital Distribution business. This role plays a key part in helping the sales team execute executive-level proposals, launch campaigns, uncover new prospects, and support key client pitches across live events, virtual events, and digital sponsorships.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their sales career, ideally with event sales experience who’s excited to grow in a fast-paced environment at the center of the ETF industry.
Responsibilities
- Build and coordinate executive-level sales proposals, sponsorship decks, and campaign materials
- Support prospect research, pipeline development, and lead follow-up
- Assist in preparing for and participating in client and prospect pitches
- Help launch and support live and virtual ETF.com and Future Proof events
- Coordinate campaign execution across events and digital distribution channels
- Maintain accurate sales materials, timelines, and internal documentation
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Events, Client Success, Operations, and Breakthru teams
- Ensure proposals and contracts are sent accurately and on time while tracking buys and active campaigns
- Travel for events and client meetings as needed
Qualifications
- 2–3 years of sales experience (event sales strongly preferred)
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Finance or financial services experience a plus, not required
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Polished, professional presentation style with client-facing confidence
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Self-starter mindset with a desire to grow and take on more responsibility
