David LaiDirector, Portfolio Manager

David Lai has 15 years’ experience in the financial services industry. He joined CAMHK in 2011 as a director and a portfolio manager of long-only offshore Chinese equity strategies. Prior to joining CAMHK, Lai had been a portfolio manager of Chinese equities in several China domestic and offshore financial institutions since 2002, including CITIC Securities International Investment Management, Mirae Asset Global Investments, Yinhua Fund Management, and Hang Seng Bank. He received a bachelor’s and a master’s degree from the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology.
