Todd Westby is CEO of T Hayes Consulting LLC, where he helps asset management firms develop effective ETF strategies. Westby has served as a senior sales executive for two of the most successful ETF launches in financial services history. As national accounts manager for iShares, he played an integral role in the pioneering of the broker-dealer ETF distribution model. In 2006, he joined WisdomTree Investments to launch and build the fundamentally weighted family of ETFs.
