etf.com Launches Global Investor ETF Survey
etf.com launches a new survey that will feature insights from both financial advisors and retail investors that utilize exchange traded funds.
etf.com has launched a new Global Investor ETF Survey that will feature insights from both financial advisors and retail investors alike. The survey—which can be taken here—is being sponsored by Vanguard. This year's survey will feature the theme of actively managed ETFs, a wrapper that has seen an explosion in both interest and fund flows in 2024. The deadline to complete survey is September 23rd.
While actively managed ETFs account for less than a tenth of all ETFs, it has captured 25% of all fund flows in the first half of this year.
Examining Market Sentiment, Latest Trends
The survey will be critical for investors, advisors, and issuers alike to understand the sectors, themes, and trends of greatest interest to investors for the remainder of the year into 2025.
"This survey solidifies etf.com's position as a global leader for information, tools, and insights about ETFs," said etf.com CEO Mike Morelli. "We are excited to share all the learnings from this survey later this year."
The survey will share investors' and advisors' greatest fears for their portfolios next year, gauge interest levels in ETFs, share market sentiments, and will also explore what kinds of ETFs are of greatest interest to both groups, like cryptocurrency or tech.
The report will also highlight how different advisors are approaching ETFs in client portfolios based on geographical location, assets under management (AUM), and more. Because etf.com is also surveying retail investors, the research will give a wide look at how DIY investors pick ETFs and what trends are driving their portfolio decisions.
The full report will be released in the fall. If you're interested in taking the survey, you can do so here, by 9/23.
